Only main trade volumes are reflected in the graph. LNG total trade is more complex than that, which reflects the complexity and flexibility of the trade.

The underlying data is obtained from BP’s Energy Outlook 2035, and it’s presented in an interactive way showing the LNG exporting countries on the left and the LNG receiving countries on the right. The width of lines connecting the countries reflect how big the trade is for that specific route.
